what I crave

I'm craving some of my own special recipe lasagna, but am so not up to making it. Well, I also don't have most of the ingredients either, so that would put a wrench in the plans. And I love garlic bread, so that sounds good right now, too. The best I could do tonight was macaroni and cheese from a box, but it was tasty.

What is your favorite meal to crave? I love lasagna or steak or fettucini alfredo or a good baked potato. Yum. I could also make a meal out of buttered popcorn.

Stuffed chicken breast. Yum. (With homemade cornbread stuffing, of course!)

Spaghetti Carbonera...but I have actually never made it myself. I am always worried about accidentally "scrambling the eggs" instead of making the amazing cream sauce. I only have it once or twice a year when eating out - but boy oh boy does it hit the spot! Your lasagna sounds great!

I have just joined the blogging world and have lurked on your blog for quite a while now. I would love to pray for you through this journey (we are also adopting).

Baked spaghetti! I love Italian food though :)

I crave brownies. Or tortilla chips. I hardly ever crave a real savory meal. However, despite not being much of a meat eater, every now and then a pulled pork sandwich sounds really good to me.

Mac and cheese is a great substitution. Your dinner looks great.

Let me guess...you're from an Italian family? :) Although I haven't a drop of Italian blood and crave Italian myself sometimes - it's that good! With me, craving is usually sweets. Brownies!!! Chocolate chip cookies!!! Sometimes pizza. Sometimes something as simple as lemonade (why didn't I buy some last week?). Occasionally hummus. Or homemade bread...gosh, it's hot out, but I really ought to make a loaf or two.
