mystery berry
These are the mystery berries in my yard. They are in season this time of year and I totally love the purple color, but I have absolutely no clue what they are. They are fun to photograph though.

Well, I love a good mystery, but horticulturally speaking, I'm a bit of a dunce. I have no idea what those berries are. They sure are pretty, though. :)
I have no idea what they are but I wish they grew here. Pretty!
It looks like a beautyberry - blooms these purple berries in late summer/ early fall and the birds love them. Likes full sun. Enjoy it, it's a beautiful shrub!
