He thought we'd lost it or left it, but I marched right up to the attic and grabbed it. So, my husband, who really earned some jewels for his heavenly crown, took down the new chandelier and put up the medallion, then re-installed the chandelier.
Isn't it cool? I think it is just wood, or some kind of composite wood, but it came pre-painted and looks totally fabulous on the ceiling. Or at least, I think it looks fabulous. So, with my free chandelier, I got a forgotten about medallion to complete the look. Sure, we paid $25 for it maybe five years ago, so I consider it free now. LOL.
Oh, keep me in your prayers on Tuesday. Lots going on and many job discussions in the works. Prayers, please!

My husband was just talking about those tonight. It took me a minute to realize what he was talking about since he was calling them "doilies." :)
Yours is gorgeous! My ceilings aren't quite grand enough for something so lovely. We just have kind of plainish doilies.
