In Verona.... |
Some of you asked for a couple more photos of my trips, but here's the sad truth about it: I didn't have a digital camera back then! The few photos I have that are digital were sent from a student who had a digital camera. I think I should get more off the disk she gave me, but I can't find it. So, here are two more.
All that being said, I've been contacted a couple times last week about adoption situations and I'm hoping that something pans out. We don't know right now. But, definitely keep us in mind when you come across a situation that you think we might want to get ourselves involved in! My email address is on this page, so please feel free to use it!

Two of my favorite Italian cities. ADORE Verona. It has a similar feel to Florence for me. What do you think?
Praying for you in your wait and in all the situations that cross your path. The last two we had didn't pan out. It's just so sad. I'm learning more and more to just quietly and repeatedly say, "I trust you Lord."
I hope the right situation works out for you soon. Thank you for being an inspiring witness in waiting for God's perfect plan for your family to be revealed. I hope it is soon!
Just catching up here...
I adore Italy (lived there for 6 months, and can you believe, Verona is a city I never got to :( ) but I did get to quite a few other cities, northern mostly. Then went back on our honeymoon and hit up south of Rome ;)
AND I adore P&P!!!! Favorite book ever, and I love the BBC miniseries. Not a fan of Keira Knightly as Elizabeth, though in general I think she's a good actress, but I think Colin Firth was exactly how I "read" Darcy to be.
I love all the detail that the European buildings have ... They have superb craftsmanship!
I pray that a birth mom picks you SOON! Hang in there! I'm praying!!!
